Mid-week reminder to always be yourself
I’ve been feeling especially grateful lately. My friends and family have been unbelievably supportive as I navigate this dream of becoming an author and illustrator. So many of you have asked when the book will be ready, and I’m excited to share a little update.
I have just six illustrations left to paint, and I’ll be ordering the first printed proofs this weekend. If everything looks good, the book will officially be released on May 1st, just in time for pre-k and kindergarten graduation gift season. It’s getting so close!
As a tiny extra sneak peek, join me at the watercolor table as I paint one of the inspirational phrases featured in the book: “You can do anything but should always be you.” This page is a vibrant reminder that exploring, dreaming, and trying new things is wonderful, but staying true to who you are is what truly matters.
