Our Procedure (The Takedown)

Online materials: Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate the claim and simultaneously & expeditiously remove or disable access to the contested material while we resolve the matter with the claimant. We will respond to the notice, confirm the action taken, and maintain records of the correspondence and actions.

Published works: Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate the claim. If verified, we will immediately cease further printing, distribution, and sale of the affected work while we work to resolve the matter with the claimant.
