WHEN I GROW UP, WHO WILL I BE?
A celebration of character and soul. Journey through the many virtues you can hold, and the one truth that never grows old: being yourself. Recommended for ages 2-8.
What if growing up wasn’t about becoming something…but becoming you?
In this sweet and imaginative story, a little boy wonders about all the different ways a person can grow on the inside. He learns about kindness, courage, honesty, and other virtues, discovering what each one means. With gentle guidance from his parents, he begins to understand that no one else gets to decide who he is. His character is something he knows in his own heart, and it’s up to him how he chooses to show it.
Filled with soft rhymes and vibrant art, ‘When I grow up, who will I be?’ is a warm celebration of character and the magic of learning who you are on the inside.

A NOTE FROM THE AUTHORS
Children notice so much about the world and about themselves, often in ways we don’t expect. This story was created to help you and your little one explore virtues together while giving them space to think about who they are and who they’re becoming.
As you read, our hope is that your child feels encouraged to trust what they know in their own heart. Not the labels others give, but the truths that make them unique. May these pages remind every reader that being yourself is always enough.
